Terms of Service

1. Service overview

Cookie Webster provides managed informational corporate websites. The service includes design and setup, hosting, backups, server maintenance, and simple content updates as described in your package. Cookie Webster is not a self-service website builder. Each customer website is an independently deployed site managed by Cookie Webster.

2. Package and fees

The Managed Website package is priced at 900 THB per month. The starting payment is 3,900 THB, comprising a one-time design and setup fee of 3,000 THB and the first month of 900 THB. Optional add-ons, including additional standard pages and client-accessible CMS access, are charged as quoted. Google Business Email is available at 3,500 THB per year. Major content updates, redesigns, and custom features are priced separately.

Blog posts, testimonials, team members, portfolio items, and gallery images are content entries, not additional standard pages.

Monthly fees are paid in advance. Prices are stated in Thai Baht unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scope of websites

Included website types are informational corporate sites such as Home, About, Contact, Services, product information without online purchasing, Portfolio, Blog, Gallery, Testimonials, Team, FAQ, and similar pages.

The standard service does not include e-commerce, online payments on client websites, tours or bookings, appointments, property management, inventory, marketplaces, CRM systems, complex memberships, or custom business operations. Such requests may be quoted as separate custom projects.

4. Revisions and updates

The initial package includes three rounds of adjustments to the agreed pages. These may include changes to text, images, colours, spacing, and page sections. A substantially different design, new concept, or complete redesign is not considered a revision and requires a separate quotation.

Simple content updates after launch are included. Larger updates, new features, extensive content entry, or structural changes may incur an additional charge. The price will be confirmed before work begins.

5. Cancellation

There is no minimum subscription period. Customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The website becomes inactive after the paid period ends.

After cancellation:

• The website will become inactive.
• A backup will be retained for 30 days.
• The website and backup may be permanently deleted after the grace period.
• Reactivation during the grace period may be possible after settling any applicable fees.

6. Ownership and website buyout

The customer owns their domain and all original content they provide. The website’s design, source code, templates, and technical components remain the property of Cookie Webster. The subscription grants the customer the right to use the website while the subscription remains active.

Customers may purchase a website buyout and source-code transfer of the agreed website for 30,000 THB. The buyout excludes the domain, third-party licence fees, and future hosting or maintenance unless separately agreed in writing. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licences.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate content, securing rights to materials they supply, maintaining access to their domain registrar where applicable, and ensuring submitted content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

8. Acceptance

By completing signup and payment, or by otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
