Revisions and updates
The initial package includes three rounds of adjustments to the agreed pages — text, images, colours, spacing, and sections. Simple content updates after launch are included. Larger updates, new features, extensive content entry, or structural changes may incur an additional charge, confirmed before work begins.
Cancellation and ownership
After cancellation, the website becomes inactive, a backup is retained for 30 days, then the site and backup may be deleted. You own your domain and original content. Design and source code remain with Cookie Webster unless you purchase a website buyout and source-code transfer.

Common questions
What counts as a standard page?+
Standard pages are informational pages such as Home, About, Services, Contact, Portfolio, Team, FAQ, and similar. Blog posts, testimonials, team members, portfolio items, and gallery images are content entries within those pages — not extra pages.
What is included in the three rounds of adjustments?+
You can change text, images, colours, spacing, and page sections on the agreed pages. A substantially different design, new concept, or complete redesign is not a revision and requires a separate quotation.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There is no minimum subscription period. Monthly fees are paid in advance. After cancellation, the website becomes inactive when the paid period ends. We keep a backup for 30 days, then the site and backup may be permanently deleted.
Who owns the website?+
You own your domain and the original content you provide. Cookie Webster owns the design, source code, templates, and technical components. Your subscription gives you the right to use the website while it remains active.
What does the 30,000 THB buyout include?+
It is a website buyout and source-code transfer of the agreed website. It excludes the domain, third-party licence fees, and future hosting or maintenance unless separately agreed.
Do you build online shops or booking systems?+
No. Cookie Webster focuses on informational corporate websites. E-commerce, payments, bookings, appointments, property systems, and similar operational tools are separately quoted custom projects.
